In 2015, One Wilshire was considered the most highly connected internet point in the western US, according to Fortune Magazine. Undersea cables allow one-third of Internet traffic from the US to Asia to pass through the building. Swanson Rink President, Gary Orazio, will co-present as a panelist at 7×24 Exchange’s 2019 Fall Conference in Phoenix, AZ on October 30.
The case study will tell the story of how the critical infrastructure in this 53-year-old carrier hotel with 664,000 SF located in the heart of LA has been transformed with a new state of the art 4,000-ton cooling solution and 20MW of new critical power.

Swanson Rink Providing Full Services for LAX Baggage Optimization Program
Swanson Rink is the Prime consultant for the LAX Baggage Optimization Program, providing BHS, MEP, IT, and Fire Protection design. The project includes a new Inline Checked Baggage Inspection Systems and Checked Baggage Reconciliation Areas that will connect to the new Individual Carrier System (ICS). The Beverly Center Renovation Reaches Completion
Swanson Rink completed electrical and telecommunications/security design for the renovation of the iconic Beverly Center Mall located in Beverly Hills, CA. Swanson Rink Providing AVDGS Design at SFO Terminal 1
Swanson Rink is currently providing Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems (AVDGS) design at Terminal 1 in the San Francisco International Airport as part of the Boarding Area B project. Read about the project here.
AVDGS design is one of Swanson Rink’s many Ramp Services that we offer, which includes passenger boarding bridge design, PCA, 400Hz GPU, 28VDC GPU, Portable Water and SCADA.
