Confidential Server Manufacturing Facility #1

Swanson Rink led the A/E design services for the fit-up of approximately 252,000 square feet of warehouse, manufacturing, and office space inside of an existing shell and core building. Swanson Rink collaborated with the client to develop a basis of design (BOD), provided mechanical and electrical engineering as well as served as the Prime Consultant overseeing the preparation of architectural, structural and civil engineering construction documents. A second phase of the project required an increase of power supply for the next generation servers.

Confidential Server Manufacturing Facility #2

Swanson Rink led the design for 250,000 square feet of warehouse, manufacturing, and office operations. The project was implemented in an existing facility which required an extensive review of the existing conditions to determine which systems could be reused or expanded and which areas would need new services. Swanson Rink has worked with the Client project team to develop a Design Criteria document and project floor plan layouts.

Denver International Airport Concourse A West/B West Deicing

This project consisted of designing a new Deicing storage and distribution system for both Type I and Type IV fluids for concourses A and B and Denver International Airport. Swanson Rink worked closely with the airport and the airlines operating the deicing systems to meet their needs in these complex systems. The requirements for this system included providing the maximum amount of fluid storage possible in the allocated space and filling the spray trucks as quickly as possible.
