Swanson Rink provided engineering services for the core and shell design of this 440,000 square foot office building located in Denver, Colorado. Swanson Rink’s scope of work includes the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm engineering services associated with this new building.

International Marketplace

Swanson Rink provided electrical, telecommunications, security, and audio/video engineering services for this new 3-level outdoor retail center in the Waikiki district of Honolulu, Hawaii. The project consists of 225,000 square feet of retail shops, 55,000 square feet of restaurant space, an 80,000 square foot anchor store, and a five-level parking deck containing 750 spaces. The project is centrally located on Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki, one of the premier retail/entertainment boulevards in North America.

Beverly Center

Swanson Rink is providing electrical and technology systems (Wi-Fi, Security, and Paging/Background Music) engineering services for The Beverly Center Rebranding project in Los Angeles, CA. The project scope consists of the complete remodel of the existing Beverly Center Mall which has eight levels of parking and retail and a gross leasable area of 869,000 square feet. Beverly Center is embarking on a $500 million re-imagination that will transform every aspect of the iconic fashion destination. The security system design includes the addition of Cameras, access control, and call for assistance devices throughout to make Beverly Center a state of the art, safety first facility. This upgrade included a technology backbone upgrade to support multiple building, and security systems, throughout the center. Spaces included Parking Decks, Roof Top Restaurants, Food Court, general mall interior and back of house spaces.

Mall of San Juan

Swanson Rink provided electrical, telecommunications, security, and audio/video engineering services for this new 2-level enclosed retail center in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The project consists of 412,000 square feet of in-line tenant space, two anchor stores totaling 238,000 square feet, and three multi-level parking decks containing a total of 2,350 spaces. This new retail center will be located minutes from the main international airport in San Juan and will become the predominant shopping venue in Puerto Rico.

DaVita World Headquarters

Swanson Rink provided Electrical, Mechanical and Telecommunications for the mid-rise office with 9 occupied floors and 5 fully enclosed parking levels. Overhead air distribution system with floor-by-floor air handlers.

Scottsdale Fashion Square

Swanson Rink provided design for the complete renovation and expansion of Luxury Wing at this retail mail located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This included 40,000 sq ft expansion for restaurant space, relocation of all vertical transportation, and LED color changing lighting and controls.
